Teaching Speaking Using Games for Primary Public And Private School Pupils in Duhok

This research investigates the impact of use communicative educational games on speaking skill Kurdish EFL learners from age 8 to 11 in public and private schools Duhok city. 86 fourth fifth primary school grade pupils took part this study. Four groups, two experimental control were taught by researchers for 3 months. The groups using teaching skill. traditional way exactly following their textbooks. assessed before start as a pre-instruction assessment again at end post-instruction measure rate compared methods. was done through rubric that measures five variables including speech clarity, voice loudness, detailed speech, eye-contact interaction with teacher other pupils.
